Free mobile Lord of the Rings game
Free mobile Lord of the Rings game: This is excellent news for mobile gamers: EA is now working on a free-to-play Lord of the Rings mobile game. While this news is exciting, let’s look at what we already know about the title.
Warner Bros. had the rights to make a Lord of the Rings video game since 2010. The license was held by EA, which has released a slew of Lord of the Rings video games. “The Lord of the Rings: Conquest” was Electronic Arts’ penultimate Middle-earth product. It has been rumored that Electronic Arts is working on a Lord of the Rings game for mobile devices.
LOTR mobile: What we know so far
EA surprised everyone last week by announcing The LOTR: Heroes of Middle-earth, a free-to-play mobile game set in the Middle-earth universe. Role-playing elements will be included, enhancing the mobile experience of venturing around Middle-earth. The Lord of the Rings mobile game will also have engaging stories with profound and complex themes. Additionally, players may expect to see familiar faces from The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies.
Vice President of EA’s Mobile Gaming Division Malachi Boyle provided some insight into the proposed project: “The team is stacked with fans of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, and every day they combine their great excitement and expertise to present players with a genuine experience.”
Lord of the Rings mobile game beta testing starts this summer, so at least we know that. Apex Legends mobile, Rainbow Six mobile, and NFS mobile will boost mobile gaming’s growth this year.
